Non-incinerable waste refers to materials that cannot be safely processed at Singapore’s waste-to-energy incineration plants. These include toxic waste, chemicals, liquids, PVCs, gas containers and canisters, construction and hardcore waste, tyres, and recyclables. Disposing of these in a general waste skip bin is strictly prohibited and results in penalty charges.
