Yes. We have supported high-volume construction and demolition projects across Singapore, including the clearance of 10,000 tonnes of construction and demolition waste within a single month. Yes. We provide collection and disposal records for all jobs. These records can support ISO 14001 environmental management audits, NEA mandatory waste reporting, and corporate ESG disclosures. If you require specific documentation formats for project compliance or tender requirements, inform us when scheduling and we will confirm what can be provided.

Partition waste includes plasterboard, drywall, gypsum board, metal studs, timber framing, and mixed partition materials from interior renovation or fit-out works. These materials are classified separately from hardcore waste and require different disposal processing. Disposing of partition materials in a hardcore waste skip bin without prior declaration results in penalty charges. If your project includes both hardcore and partition waste, contact us before booking to arrange the appropriate disposal solution.

Yes. We service all areas of Singapore including restricted and remote locations such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, shipyards, the CBD, and Changi Air Freight Centre. Additional surcharges apply for these areas. Contact us when booking to confirm the applicable rate for your site location.

The standard bin placement period is 3 working days. Additional days beyond 3 working days are subject to extra charges. Contact us when scheduling if you anticipate needing a longer placement period so we can confirm availability and pricing upfront.

The 4FT skip bin measures 16ft (L) × 8ft (W) × 4ft (H). The bin must be filled to a maximum height of 3ft — not the full 4ft height of the bin. Filling beyond 3ft results in excess weight charges. For very large volumes of hardcore waste, our trailer service accommodates up to 40 tonnes per load.

Ad-hoc skip bin disposal is $580 per bin, inclusive of two-way haulage and disposal. This covers 3 working days of bin placement with the bin filled to a maximum height of 3ft. Trailer disposal for large-volume hardcore waste is $1,250 per trailer, up to 40 tonnes. Additional charges apply for excess weight, additional days, restricted area surcharges, manpower assistance, and Sunday or public holiday trucking. For regular contract-based disposal, contact us for a custom quote.

We accept hardcore waste, including concrete, bricks, stones, tiles, and ceramics. These can be disposed of via our 4FT skip bin or trailer service. We do not accept soil, partition waste (plasterboard, drywall, gypsum board, metal studs, timber framing), PVCs, tyres, chemicals, liquids, gas containers, or recyclables. Mixed waste loads containing prohibited items are subject to penalty charges.

Hardcore waste cannot be mixed with soil as they follow different disposal and recycling processes. When they are mixed, the waste cannot be recycled properly and may be rejected by recycling facilities.

Hardcore waste (such as concrete) is typically recycled into construction aggregates, while soil is treated separately as excavated material. Mixing the two causes contamination, and prevents effective recycling.
