1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver island-wide across Singapore, including HDB estates, commercial buildings, industrial premises, and private properties.

Additional surcharges apply for deliveries to the following restricted zones:

  • Jurong Island
  • Sentosa
  • Shipyards
  • Air-cargo complexes

If you are unsure whether a surcharge applies to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2 Delivery Lead Times

Orders that are in stock are delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation and full payment receipt.

Pre-order items require additional lead time. The estimated lead time is stated on each individual product page. We will confirm your delivery schedule upon order.

3 Delivery Fees

Standard delivery charges are $35–$55 per delivery, depending on your location. Restricted zone surcharges apply on top of standard fees.

Complimentary delivery is available for qualifying bulk orders:

Free delivery applies to standard Singapore locations only. Restricted zone surcharges may still apply for qualifying bulk orders.

4 Payment

Full payment is required upfront before delivery is arranged. Orders will only be processed and scheduled upon receipt of full payment.

For bulk or corporate orders, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched in good condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number or contact details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Each case will be assessed individually and we will work with you to resolve it promptly. Returns or exchanges are not accepted without prior arrangement.
