Valuation uses prevailing London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) or equivalent benchmark prices at the time of settlement. Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements for any client who requires one. Each collection is sealed and logged at pickup with chain-of-custody documentation through to refining. Materials are not opened, re-sorted, or co-mingled with other clients’ material without written authorisation. For sensitive clients — semiconductor, dental, defence-adjacent — segregated handling and isolated processing runs can be arranged.
