Can I request for a different skip bin size?2025-10-16T08:00:48+00:00

Gee Hoe Seng currently offers two skip bin sizes — 4ft and 6ft.

  • The 4ft skip bin is used for construction and hardcore waste, as these materials are heavy and smaller bins help prevent overloading.

  • The 6ft skip bin is available for general waste collection.

Removal of bulky items and potted plants from HDBs2025-10-16T07:53:09+00:00

For the removal of bulky household items in HDB estates — such as tables, chairs, cupboards, mattresses, microwaves, gas cookers, refrigerators, or washing machines — please contact your respective Town Council.

Each Town Council provides designated bulky item removal services for residents, including old furniture and potted plant disposal. Visit your Town Council’s website or call their hotline for collection details and schedules.

Can I bring my items directly to your warehouse to dispose?2025-10-16T07:48:52+00:00

We currently do not accept walk-in disposals at our warehouse. For safety and operational reasons, all waste or recyclables must be scheduled for collection in advance.

If you have smaller recyclable quantities, please contact our team to confirm drop-off availability or arrange an ad-hoc collection service.

Can I request for a disposal certificate?2025-10-16T07:55:38+00:00

Yes. Disposal certificates can be issued by the licensed incineration plants upon request and are chargeable. Please inform Gee Hoe Seng at least three working days in advance if you require disposal certificates, as a prior application must be submitted to the plant operator.

Can I give you wooden pallets for free?2025-10-16T08:21:29+00:00

Gee Hoe Seng does not provide free wooden pallet collection or accept walk-in drop-offs. We only accept wooden pallets in good, reusable condition, and collection is chargeable based on quantity and pickup location.

Broken or damaged pallets are classified as wood waste and handled through open-top container (OTC) disposal services, which are also chargeable.

For pricing and collection arrangements, please contact our team.
