Copper Wire – Unstripped / Insulated

Copper is a reddish-brown metal commonly found in wires. Thin, copper wires like telecommunication wires, computer wires, extension wires, data wires, cables, and wires with multiple insulations inside other insulations, need not be stripped. However, it has to be free of aluminium wire (silver-white metal), plastic attachments, adaptors, and power plugs. Use a wire cutter to remove the ends, attachments, and plugs, leaving only the insulated, unstripped copper wire.
